Come Clean!
Images from an iPad app and paper handout given to patients prior to general surgery. The intervention was a part of a successful initiative to reduce surgical site infections. Patient were given advice on reducing particular risk factors such as smoking and sugar, as well as instructions on using a chlorhexadine wash properly.
